Finance Manager Hornbeck Auto Group Plantation, FL Job Details $130,000 - $280,000 a year 3 hours ago Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team at our South Florida used car dealership. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of vehicle financing and aftermarket product sales while ensuring compliance with lending regulations and dealership policies. The ideal candidate will have strong finance and sales skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a proven track record of maximizing dealership profitability while delivering a positive customer experience. Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are highly valued as we serve a diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities Meet with customers to review financing options and secure appropriate lending solutions. Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products, including service contracts, GAP coverage, vehicle protection plans, and other aftermarket products. Build and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions. Structure deals and submit finance applications to lenders for approval. Ensure all financing documents are completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations. Review and finalize vehicle purchase agreements, contracts, and related paperwork. Assist customers with understanding loan terms, interest rates, and payment options. Monitor funding processes and follow up on outstanding lender requirements. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer purchasing experience. Stay informed on industry regulations, lending programs, and market trends. Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information. Qualifications Prior automotive finance or F&I experience required; used car dealership experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to structure and close finance deals successfully. Strong knowledge of lending practices, compliance regulations, and dealership finance processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to build relationships with customers and lending partners. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred. Valid driver's license.
