Job Description
Commercial Truck Sales & Finance Manager Freightliner Franchise - New and Used Monday through Friday -
No Nights Responsibilities:
Work hands on with sales team on all leads and interview all customers. Provide support to sales team with pricing, deal structuring and final paperwork. Be strategic with structuring to close deals and maximize deal profit. Updates sales team with current information about finance and lease programs available. Provides customers with aftermarket products and extended warranty options. Converts cash deals to finance. Ensures necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist. Comprehensive understanding of FL DMV, sales tax, title laws and registration process. Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner. Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position. Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines. Accurately audits deals Post-Sale. Ensure timely funding of all contracts.Requirements:
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures. Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills. CDK proficient forms etc. VinSolutions experience. Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills. Solid automotive finance experience. Bi-Lingual -Portuguese or Spanish (preferred) Benefit package that provides $0 deductible medical insurance, vision, and dental.
