McKibben Powersports of Sebring, is looking for a full-time Marine Finance Manager to join our team WITH knowledge in the Marine industry. The Marine Industry continues to grow year after year! Industry trends for career-minded individuals in our business look great! We need help handling the growing business demands in our F&I department! Essential Duties and Responsibilities Direct responsibility for the Finance department Obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals. Complete all sales related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Accurately communicate sales contract information by disclosing data, provisions, finance charges, and interest rates to customers ensuring customer understanding of content. Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs. Understanding and complying with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments. Understand all aspects of Finance, Maintenance Programs, and Extended Service Agreements. Requirements Must have 1+ years of finance experience in automotive or powersports and marine industries. Familiar with warranty sales and other financial products. Proficiency in Lightspeed and Microsoft Applications. Experience with
