Finance Manager

Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for securing financing for customers, presenting insurance and protection products, and ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with customers to discuss financing and insurance options for vehicle purchases Secure financing through lenders and financial institutions Present and sell aftermarket products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and service contracts Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with state and federal laws Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners Maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience Stay up to date on changing regulations, compliance requirements, and product knowledge

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an F&I Manager or in automotive finance required Strong knowledge of lending practices, credit evaluation, and compliance regulations Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills High level of integrity and professionalism Proficiency with dealership management systems and finance software
