What You'll Do Structure and secure financing through banks, credit unions, and lending institutions. Present financing, leasing, and protection options with confidence and professionalism. Offer F&I products including extended warranties, GAP coverage, service contracts, and protection plans. Build strong relationships with lenders to secure competitive approvals and rates. Review credit applications and structure deals efficiently. Ensure all contracts and finance documents are completed accurately and compliantly. Partner with the sales team to maximize profitability and deliver a seamless customer experience. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance goals. What We're Looking For Previous Automotive Finance Manager or F&I Manager experience required. Strong knowledge of automotive lending, compliance, and deal structuring. Experience with CDK Drive required. Proven record of generating strong F&I performance and profitability. Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, results-driven environment. Professional appearance and customer-first attitude. Valid driver's license.
