Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting, month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and compliance with GAAP standards Lead, mentor, and support a team of accounting professionals while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making Coordinate audit activities, strengthen internal controls, and assist with accounting systems and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA is a MUST Prior accounting leadership or management experience with strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
