Job Description

Our client, a high-growth, private equity backed software company is seeking a driven FP&A Manager to join their team. This role is a critical business partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, helping drive data-driven decision making, scalable processes, and efficient revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a visible impact across a growing SaaS organization.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and support strategic decisions Own and enhance forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning models Build and deliver monthly reporting on revenue, ARR, and key SaaS metrics Develop financial models and scenario analyses for investments and acquisition opportunities Lead commission calculations and support plan design Drive process improvements and build scalable financial reporting and planning frameworks Collaborate across FP&A and the broader organization on key initiatives and ad hoc analyses
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 4+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within SaaS or a PE-backed environments Strong Excel and financial modeling skills Experience supporting sales Strong communication skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to build processes in a dynamic environment Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
