Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and occupancy levels across multiple properties. Collaborate with sales, marketing, front desk, and human resources teams to align revenue goals with operational plans. Monitor daily revenue performance, adjust pricing tactics proactively, and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Supervise the revenue management team, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to hotel policies related to guest services, reservations, and billing procedures. Utilize multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette skills to handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management with a focus on revenue management or related roles within hotels or resorts. Demonstrated supervising experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in hotel operations including front desk management, guest relations, night audit procedures, and customer service excellence. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse guests effectively. Knowledge of budgeting, human resources practices, and hotel management systems is essential. Familiarity with hospitality software tools and multi-line phone systems to support seamless communication. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
