About the Role As the Senior Program Manager, Revenue Intelligence (Pre‑Sales Focus), you will drive improvements across the entire new‑business sales motion, from lead generation through closed‑won. You will leverage AI, automation, and data science to streamline workflows, reduce manual steps, and accelerate revenue impact. Partnering with SDRs, AEs, technical pre‑sales, marketing, and channel teams, you will ensure a seamless prospect experience and stronger pipeline progression. What You'll Do Identify and optimize end‑to‑end "Land" processes to reduce sales cycle time, increase win and conversion rates, and raise average selling price Improve cross‑functional collaboration across sales and support teams by refining workflows, integrating tools, and removing manual hand‑offs Recommend and implement best practices across discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing to accelerate new customer acquisition Gather insights from field, inside sales, channel, and renewals leaders to ensure automation efforts address real-world operational needs Success Metrics Higher win and conversion rates Shorter days‑to‑close Increased average selling price Increased automation adoption and measurable gains in sales efficiency What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred 3+ years in Product Management, sales process design, or business process optimization within SaaS or technology organizations Hands‑on experience applying AI/automation to improve sales workflows and decision-making Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and pre‑sales enablement Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and technical organizations #LI-KC1 #LI-Remote Veeam Software is an equal opportunity employer and does not tolerate discrimination in any form on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state or local law.
