  • Job Description:
  • UPS is seeking a high-potential Commercial FP&A Supervisor to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the Marketing, Communications, and Strategy organizations.
This role partners closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams—including Procurement, HR, Payroll, and GAC—to deliver accurate financial insights, ensure effective cost management, and support key business initiatives. This position is ideal for an early-career professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for innovation, including the use of automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies to modernize FP&A processes and enhance decision support.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Support annual business planning, monthly financial close, forecasting, and variance analysis + Partner with cross-functional teams to manage budgets, track expenses, and support funding approvals (ACC, Coupa) + Provide financial insights and reporting to support informed business decisions + Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Payroll, and GAC on vendor, personnel, and transactional activities + Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes using tools such as Power Automate, AI-enabled analytics, and dashboards + Assist with audit, fixed asset management, and ongoing compliance activities + Provide guidance and support to Commercial teams on financial processes and tools •Qualifications•+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field + 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships or co-ops considered) + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills + High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities + Interest in financial systems, data tools, and emerging technologies (e.
g., Excel, Power BI, automation tools)

  • + This position is an internal Grade Level 20E + Candidate must be located in the same geographic region as position or willing to self-relocate + This position will report to the UPS Corporate office at 55 Glenlake Parkway with an in-office expectation of 4 days in office, 1 day working from home + The last day to apply is 6/17/2026 at 11:59pm ET
