Position Overview:

This international organization is hiring a Manufacturing Accounting Manager with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and BlackLine. The role will lead month-end close activities, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You'll collaborate with global finance teams and manufacturing leadership to deliver timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for manufacturing entities. Manage and reconcile complex inventory and cost accounting processes. Implement and improve use of Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and BlackLine. Collaborate with plant controllers and corporate finance to ensure consistency and accuracy. Analyze variances and recommend improvements to financial processes. Support internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred. 7+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting. Strong knowledge of ERP systems—especially Dynamics 365, SAP, and BlackLine. Proven leadership and process improvement experience. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
