Job Description

Senior Manager of FPA Permanent Atlanta GA 6 Degrees Group Our Atlanta based client is a well-known retail company looking for a Senior Manager of FP&A to serve as the dedicated financial partner for their Digital, IT, and Marketing functions. This is a high-visibility role where you'll work directly with C-suite leaders to translate technology and marketing investments into clear financial strategies. You'll own the full planning cycle of budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting for a rapidly growing and complex portfolio. This role requires being present in office 4-5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary financial partner to the CIO and CMO; translate digital and marketing roadmaps into multi-year financial plans, scenario models, and investment frameworks Build and maintain financial models, cost structures, and large-scale technology program evaluations Own the annual budget and long-range plan for Digital, IT, and Marketing, including OpEx, CapEx, headcount, and vendor spend, and lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes Define and manage financial KPIs and digital performance dashboards; deliver executive-ready reporting for the CFO, CEO, and Board connecting spend to business outcomes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 3 years supporting a technology, digital, or marketing function Exceptional financial modeling skills, including the ability to build complex, dynamic models from scratch with minimal guidance
