Job Description

Sr Enterprise Project Manager | Financial Services Atlanta, GA SynovPinnacle Bank Lead complex, multi-departmental enterprise projects from delivery through stabilization. Drive coordination, status reporting, and adherence to Synovus Project Governance Framework.
Responsibilities:
Deliver enterprise projects on time/budget using standard PM methodologies Coordinate departmental projects; ensure goals, timelines, and funding are documented Drive quality reviews, escalate issues, and maintain high-quality project standards Direct resource needs, monitor deliverables, and manage stakeholder communication Develop system requirements, design specs, and ensure governance compliance Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, forecasting, and risk reporting Communicate policies, procedures, and risk limits; escalate issues to leadership
Required:
Financial sector experience Experience in one or more Synovus lines of business Agile methodology experience PMP certification Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt)
