Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of financial services, credit analysis, and dealership operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage financial transactions, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our financial team. Duties Manage daily financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Conduct credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of clients and potential borrowers. Utilize financial software to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues related to financial transactions. Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling opportunities that align with customer needs. Maintain accurate records through proficient 10 key typing skills for data entry tasks. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and dealership policies. Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in finance management and customer service. Experience Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within the dealership or financial services sector. Strong background in sales with an emphasis on upselling techniques. Proficient in using various financial software applications for analysis and reporting. Excellent basic math skills to perform calculations accurately. Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions based on findings. Previous experience as a loan officer is a plus, showcasing an understanding of lending processes.
