Treasury Manager

Position Overview The Treasury Manager is responsible for the company's daily cash management and banking activities. This role focuses on ensuring adequate liquidity for operations, preparing cash forecasts, processing funds transfers, maintaining debt schedules, and reconciling bank activity. The Treasury Manager will serve as the primary liaison with banking partners and support accounting and finance teams by providing accurate treasury reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities Cash Management Monitor daily cash balances and initiate transfers to maintain liquidity. Process ACH, wire, and payments accurately and on time while working to move all vendors to electronic payments. Partner with the Accounts Receivable team to incorporate collection trends and outstanding receivables into short- and long-term cash flow forecasts. Prepare cash flow forecasts and update on a rolling basis. Banking Operations Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions. Manage bank account user access and security. Support compliance with bank and loan documentation requirements. Debt & Investment Tracking Maintain debt schedules and ensure timely debt service payments. Assist with covenant reporting and bank compliance requests. Track and report on short-term investments, if applicable. Reporting & Analysis Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies with Accounting. Provide treasury-related reports for month-end close and audits. Analyze cash positions, variances, and recommend process improvements. Internal Controls & Compliance Maintain strong controls over treasury functions to prevent errors and fraud. Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations. Assist with treasury process documentation and system improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and/or 3-5 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or accounting. Strong understanding of daily cash management. Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred) and treasury/banking platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills to collaborate with banks and internal teams.

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
