Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Finance Manager to lead our finance department and deliver exceptional financial services to our customers. In this vital role, you will oversee the financing process for vehicle purchases, build strong customer relationships, and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations. Your expertise will help customers secure the best loan options while maximizing dealership profitability. Responsibilities Guide customers through the financing process, explaining loan options, terms, and conditions clearly and confidently. Analyze credit reports and financial information to determine loan eligibility and appropriate financing solutions. Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to secure favorable deals that meet both parties' needs. Manage loan processing activities, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act) disclosures, title processing, and contract preparation. Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, and service plans to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. Maintain excellent customer relationships by providing personalized service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a smooth transaction experience. Utilize financial software and perform 10-key typing efficiently to process deals accurately and swiftly. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to credit analysis, contracts, and loan documentation. Experience Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial services role within an automotive dealership or related setting. Strong background in dealership operations, automobile sales, and customer relationship management. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, upselling, and closing sales effectively. Knowledge of credit analysis procedures, TILA regulations, title processing, and contract management. Proficiency with financial software systems used in automotive finance departments. Excellent math skills including basic math operations and 10-key typing accuracy. Prior experience with loan processing, credit evaluation, and deal structuring is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
