Job Description

With over 30,000 sold customers and 1,500+ vehicles delivered every year, we are a high-volume dealership with a rock-solid reputation. We don't care where you start; we care where you're going. We are looking for Automotive Client Advisors (Sales & Finance) to join our team. We provide the industry's best training to teach you how to handle the entire "A-to-Z" transaction.
The Compensation:
A Secure Runway to High Earnings Leaving a salaried job is scary. We eliminate that risk so you can focus on learning the business.
Paid Training:
Earn a guaranteed $1,000 per week for your first 6 weeks of training.
Expected First-Year Earnings:
$75,000 - $125,000+
Transparent Commission:
Once trained, you earn a flat $300 per vehicle sold (front end).
Massive Backend Potential:
You also earn a full 30% commission on all F&I gross (Warranties, GAP, etc.).
Performance Bonuses:
Additional monthly volume and performance bonuses are included.
The Role:
A Modern Way to Sell Cars This isn't a traditional sales job where you "hand off" the customer to a finance manager and lose a cut of your deal. At FMC, you own the process from start to finish. You will build a direct relationship with your clients by handling both the vehicle selection and the financing structure yourself.
What You Will Learn & Do:
The Sales Process:
Guide customers through our inventory to help them find the perfect vehicle. Finance & Insurance (F&I): Act as the Financial Manager for your deals. Learn to take credit applications, work with lenders, and structure approvals.
Protection Products:
Present and sell warranties and GAP insurance to protect our customers' investments.
Relationship Management:
Master our CRM software to build a book of business. With our database of over 30,000 past customers, you have a massive network to tap into immediately.
Deal Closing:
