Full-Cycle Accounting:
Manage all daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) maintenance.
HQ Financial Reporting:
Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages to the Korea Headquarters in accordance with corporate guidelines.
Audit Support & Coordination:
Lead the preparation for annual external audits. Organize and provide all necessary audit support schedules, documentation, and reconciliations.
Month-End & Year-End Close:
Drive the closing process, including bank reconciliations, accruals, and the preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Cash Flow & Data Analysis:
Monitor cash positions and utilize advanced Excel modeling to provide budget-vs-actual analysis and financial insights to management.
Compliance:
Maintain internal controls and ensure all financial records are kept in accordance with GAAP. Requirements
Experience:
3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel
Language:
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required. Proficiency in Korean is a strong plus for communication with HQ.
