HUGE plus, but not required Highline Trucks is a growing independent dealership specializing in quality pre-owned gas and diesel trucks. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and professional salesperson /finance manager to join our team. We work with both local and out-of-state customers, so we need someone who can communicate well, follow up consistently, and help customers feel comfortable throughout the entire buying process. If you are driven, personable, professional, and are motivated to grow within our dealership as it continues to expand, we want to hear from you! What you'll do: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend high-quality used trucks and SUVs that match their preferences and budgets. Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving dealership sales goals. Review, structure, and present financing options to customers, securing approvals with lenders Present and explain additional products, warranties, and services to enhance the customer experience Generate your own leads by using social media, Facebook Marketplace, etc. Build lasting customer relationships and contribute to a positive dealership experience What we're looking for: Proven experience in automobile sales & finance, especially in used truck and SUV markets (2 years minimum preferred) Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple client interactions effectively. Bilingual (English & Spanish) capabilities are a plus for engaging a diverse customer base. Relationship builder with strong closing skills, and able to retain long term clients Strong phone etiquette, communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
