AYKO-Group is a growing small construction company specializing in U.S. Federal Government construction projects headquartered in Honolulu,Hawaii and active operations in Washington State. AYKO delivers high-quality construction services while maintaining strict compliance with federal regulations and financial reporting requirements. Position Summary The Controller/Accounting Manager is the sole accounting professional for the company and is responsible for all aspects of financial management, accounting, reporting, and compliance. The individual works independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment closely with the President, project management teams, joint venture partners, and third-party accountants. The ideal candidate has strong construction accounting experience, exceptional cash management skills, deep familiarity with federal contracting requirements, and the ability to support operations while managing financial risk.
