Role Description The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support to aid strategic business growth. The role includes preparing detailed financial models, analyzing financial performance, and providing insights that influence executive decision-making. The candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align financial strategies with company objectives, manage financial reporting processes, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). This is a full-time on-site position based in Honolulu, HI. Qualifications Proven expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in interpreting complex financial data Experience in Finance and Financial Modeling practices Demonstrated ability to deliver actionable insights that drive business outcomes Proficiency in financial systems, AI tools, and advanced financial analysis software Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Prior experience in an executive or senior-level financial role preferred Please refer to the attached job description for more details.
