Job Description
Key City Harley-Davidson is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work for a fast-growing company with a passion for education and service. High Level Join the best team in the area at Key City Harley-Davidson!

- Provide a great experience that adds to the excitement of buying a Harley-Davidson! This position had the direct responsibility for the Finance, Extended Service and Other Optional Coverage sales within the Motorcycle Sales Department while exemplifying Key City's culture of customer service excellence. Key Results Areas
- Maintain a collaborative working relationship with other dealership departments, especially the Sales Department.
- Ensure high levels of customer service. Major Duties and Responsibilities Business Office Operations
- Attain monthly financial targets in gross margin for the dealership by selling all available products to new and used motorcycle purchasers.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise.
- Submit all deal paperwork to accounting in a timely manner.
- Maintain files of active insurance and financial agencies. Maintain F&I log spreadsheet.
- Establish and maintain procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all sales related paperwork. Also check all paperwork for correct title, line information, taxes, errors, etc.
- Handle all rate and payment quotations.
- Automate with E Contracting at HDFS.
- Assure all credit sales follow lenders requirements (extra focus on down payment and negative equity requirements). Customer Service
- Maintains a quality assessment and improvement program to assure high selling methodology so that all customers receive consistent treatment.
- Ensure that the delivery of any new or used motorcycle is an "EVENT" that will endear customer to the dealership.
- Demonstrates commitment to the dealership's philosophy of quality service to all customers and acts as a role model to other dealership employees.
- Be able to handle customer complaints quickly and courteously, demonstrating empathy, a positive attitude, and our commitment to "making things right."
- Work with Sales managers to ensure that the sales staff is providing the customers with correct information and are assisting in the introduction to the F&I process
- All other duties as assigned. Other Responsibilities
- Ability to make strong independent decisions and the demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
- Keep good appearance, attendance, be on time for work, and stay open to flexible scheduling.
- Establish and maintain an efficient, organized, clean and professional business office. Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Must have an approachable, outgoing, likeable personality.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated "closing skills."
- Knowledge and experience with sales of F&I products, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
- Knowledge of motorcycles or Harley-Davidson a plus.
- Computer literate with typing skills and open to learning new software and computer programs.
- Able to work effectively and courteously over the phone
