You will earn a competitive salary of up to $120,000 per year, based on your experience, plus you will enjoy a generous company benefits package. Some of your key responsibilities as the Accounting Manager will include oversee financial reporting. In addition, you will be responsible for: Managing and overseeing core accounting processes Approving daily transactions Providing financial analysis across all companies to support leadership decision-making Providing oversight to ensure accuracy, compliance with GAAP and Statutory accounting standards Leading budget development, forecasting, and three-year financial planning processes Cost allocation methodologies Overseeing timely and accurate preparation and review of required financial reporting Coordinating preparation and support of financial audits Coordinating budgets and audits (1099) Providing people leadership through coaching, development, and performance management Other duties as assigned To qualify for the Accounting Manager position, you must have: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting CPA preferred Insurance industry a plus Five years' related experience in accounting, including financial reporting, general accounting and budgeting Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls and financial reporting Excellent communication skills Ability to share financials story Strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Leadership and people management experience with ability to motivate the team If you would like to learn, then please submit your resume for immediate and confidential consideration.
