Accounting Manager Base Salary:

• Oversee statutory accounting and reporting for life insurance entities.
• Lead and develop a team of 3-4 professionals, ensuring strong performance and sustainable workloads.
• Partner with actuarial and finance teams to deliver accurate, timely financial insights.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
• Contribute to system enhancements and modernization initiatives. Qualifications
• 8+ years of accounting experience, ideally with insurance statutory reporting exposure.
• CPA highly preferred.
• Background in life insurance strongly preferred, open to P&C or Big 4 audit with insurance clients.
• Prior leadership experience is a plus, but high-potential senior candidates will be considered.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to operate across multiple priorities.
