Full-Time Position Summary Revascent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our Practice Administration (PA) division. In this role, you will support multiple practice administration clients, overseeing accounting functions across a portfolio of healthcare practices. This is a client-facing position requiring strong technical accounting expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple entities. Key Responsibilities ? Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple practice administration clients, including but not limited to A/P, A/R, General Ledger Reconciliations and Payroll ? Oversee month-end and year-end close processes for multiple entities ? Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules for client delivery ? Act as a primary accounting contact for assigned clients, providing insights and recommendations ? Supervise and mentor accounting staff supporting client accounts ? Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and client-specific requirements ? Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to clients and internal leadership ? Maintain and improve accounting workflows, systems, and internal controls across multiple clients ? Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for client practices ? Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders ? Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ? 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with multi-entity or client-based accounting ? 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience ? Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting ? Experience managing multiple clients or business units simultaneously ? Proficiency in accounting/ERP platforms and advanced Excel skills ? Excellent organizational, communication, and client-facing skills ? Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications ? Experience with Sage 100 ERP System ? Experience in healthcare, practice management, or outsourced accounting environments ? Experience working in a professional services or multi-client setting
