Job Description

Summary of Position:
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong process leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and assist in developing the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processesLead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reportingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectivesDrive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy Support decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performancePrepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field5+ years of relevant financial or accounting experienceKnowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reportingStrong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindsetStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgetingProficiency in using financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, financial modeling software)Fortune Fish & Gourmet is an equal opportunity employer.
