Job Description

Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with an organization in Clinton County, IL seeking a full-time Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager must be able to work in a deadline driven environment with a high attention to detail and possess good communication skills to manage the accounting department.
Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and perform all core accounting activities
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare and review financial statements
  • Complete account reconciliations and resolve variances
  • Provide financial analysis and management reporting
  • Supervise and support the accounting department
Accounting Manager Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience working within an ERP systemThis position offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits plan.
