  • What You'll Do
  • Maximize the properties rooms revenue through strong analytical pricing strategy and effective management of the rooms' inventory. Lead all aspects of hotel property's daily revenue operations.
  • Some of your responsibilities include:
  • + Daily review of the individual property's rooms revenue statistics, monitor Stellex Yield Management parameters and strategies.
+ Create uniform spreadsheets incorporating vital and detailed data of room revenue statistics. + Collaborate with the Director of Sales and General Manager to identify selling strategies and trends. + Conduct monthly Revenue Manager/Yield Management meetings. + Aid hotels in coordinating and assigning duties (mostly involving Stellex and LANmark) for smooth flow of operations. + Review Hotel Market Segment mix to minimize any displaced business opportunities. + Set operations standards for property Revenue Managers. + Participate in each property's forecasting and annual budgeting of rooms figures. + Review Central Reservations Opportunities and assist in its quality control. + Assist Kimpton Home Office in budgeting hotel reservation costs, including staffing and payroll. GDS costs, Outrigger costs, and Phone costs. + Analyze individual hotel's opportunities and trends and develop selling strategies accordingly. + Form relationships with local Revenue/Reservation Managers outside of Kimpton hotels to discuss and share ideas of the city's market. + Develop tools (e.g. spreadsheets) and skills for more effective Yield Management.
  • What You Bring
  • + 5 years of relevant experience in Revenue Management for Hospitality or similar industry.
+ Bachelor's Degree is required. + Strong analytical approach to problem solving, able to manage in a dynamically changing environment. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and math skills. + Strongly preferred market experience in respective location. + Knowledge of multiple languages is a strong plus. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
