Job Description

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company. Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements, including experience designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls. Experience with projects related to AI life-cycle (e.g., data ingestion, training, deployment) and the specific risks of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Experience with financial internal controls and emerging AI regulations.

SAP Technologies:
S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, SAP HANA DB security, and GRC Access Control. Knowledge of compliance, such as SOX, GDPR, and internal audit frameworks. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. About the job We are working to be the go-to team that improves Finance's control environment by providing scalable and proactive solutions, including security and access designs to maximize the value of investments in system and process transformations. We support finance transformations by providing security and controls solutions for end users that are efficient, effective, and compliant. We are also diving head first into AI Risk Management and Governance for Finance, thinking of solutions to ensure responsible innovation, mitigate risk, and safely accelerate the adoption of AI technologies across Finance. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with multiple groups across Google and Alphabet, primarily in Finance, Finance Engineering and Data Governance/Privacy teams to help achieve our objective to minimize exposure to data and sensitive transactions. Responsibilities Design/Implement finance specific AI governance and control frameworks to ensure ongoing compliance with evolving regulatory landscapes and company policies (e.g., SOX, EU AI Act, IFRS). Develop a network of experts, contributing to cross-functional collaboration and to provide recommendations to decision-makers regarding the future of Google's Security Finance. Enhance awareness of compliance requirements and best practices, translating into actionable recommendations and strategic initiatives. Partners across Finance to define and continuously optimize compliance strategies for new and existing solutions and develop solutions leveraging various technologies and process solutions (e.g., AI). Prepare/Deliver reports to management, providing actionable insights into the program's overall status, emerging risks, compliance performance, and recommended next steps. Partner closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to embed compliance and risk management principles directly into core business processes, ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
