SEC REPORTING MANAGER
Lead preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks Manage and mentor the SEC Reporting team while driving accountability and development Research and resolve complex accounting and reporting matters including equity compensation, EPS, and technical disclosures Evaluate the impact of new transactions and accounting standards on SEC filings and disclosures Review quarterly EPS calculations, equity compensation accounting, and related journal entries Oversee disclosure checklists and support XBRL review processes Serve as primary point of contact with external auditors on SEC reporting matters Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Tax, FP&A, Investor Relations, and International Finance teams Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the SEC reporting function Qualifications for the
SEC REPORTING MANAGER
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required CPA required 8+ years of accounting experience including public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience at a public company Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements Experience preparing and reviewing SEC filings including 10-Ks and 10-Qs Strong technical accounting and analytical skills Experience with reporting tools such as Workiva or ActiveDisclosure preferred Strong communication, leadership, and process improvement capabilities #SECReportingManager #SECReporting #TechnicalAccounting #
