Accounting Manager / Controller (Hybrid | 3 Days Onsite)
Salary:
$130K-$155K Base + Bonus Position Summary Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager / Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and process improvements. This role will lead the accounting function while partnering with business leaders to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and operational support. Key Responsibilities Manage accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Prepare and review financial statements, account analysis, budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting Oversee cost accounting activities including inventory, standard costing, and expense analysis Support tax activities including compliance, reporting, and coordination with tax providers Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company accounting policies Coordinate audit activities and provide requested financial documentation Partner with operations, finance, and leadership teams to improve processes and reporting accuracy Lead accounting process improvements and enhance ERP/reporting capabilities Mentor and support accounting team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA a plus) 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments Experience as an Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Controller Strong background in month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and cost accounting Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills What We Offer $130K-$155K base salary + bonus Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunity to join a stable global manufacturing organization with long-term growth potential
