Finance Manager $120,000 – $140,000 Our client, is seeking a Finance Manager to join its corporate team. This is a newly created role offering strong visibility and a clear path for advancement within the organization, as this position often serves as a pipeline for more senior finance and accounting leadership opportunities. Newly created position with high visibility and career growth potential Opportunity to advance into senior leadership roles within the organization Strong, team-oriented culture at the corporate office Consistent growth and long-term stability Standard work schedule (approximately 9 AM – 5 PM) with limited travel Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on financial operations Key Responsibilities Oversee finance and accounting activities across multiple locations Manage and support month-end close processes Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and financial projections Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Prepare and deliver financial reports and presentations to leadership Utilize advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, macros, etc.) for analysis and reporting Operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with occasional travel Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 7+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting roles Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and modeling Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables and macros) Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and presentation skills High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity #LI-PO1 EB-3220430998
