Accounting Manager Salary:
$110,000–$130,000 Our client, a well-established and respected manufacturing organization, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its leadership team. This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in a complex manufacturing environment while partnering closely with operations, finance leadership, and cross-functional teams. Join a stable, growing manufacturing company with a diverse product portfolio Lead and develop accounting staff while partnering with operational leadership Gain broad exposure across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and internal controls Highly visible role with direct access to senior leadership Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations within a manufacturing environment Lead cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and profitability reporting Manage inventory accounting, controls, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy Direct month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting Partner with operations, production, supply chain, and leadership teams to ensure accurate financial analysis and reporting Support and help lead the implementation of a new ERP system Evaluate and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting procedures Mentor and supervise accounting staff, including one direct report Qualifications 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing Strong expertise in cost accounting and inventory management Experience participating in or leading ERP implementations Solid understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and manufacturing accounting principles Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Comfortable working in a collaborative environment EB-7543254122
