Oversee/Manage staff Manage funds consolidation process Review cap calls, distributions, and uncalled commitments Review management fees Review waterfalls Review investor reports Review fund partnership agreements Review fund-level key performance metrics Coordinate and lead annual fund audits Manage and coach direct reportsKey Qualifications:
