What You'll Do Assist in preparing and submitting auto loan and credit applications Coordinate with banks and lenders to finalize financing approvals Maintain and organize finance contracts, loan docs, and customer records Support customers by explaining loan terms, rates, and payment structures Ensure all deals comply with state, federal, and dealership requirements Track deal progress and follow up on pending approvals Partner with sales teams to keep deals moving efficiently Handle basic customer questions related to financing Generate reports and support the Finance Manager as needed

Requirements:
