Job Description

Personal Growth Respect Urgency Integrity Teamwork The Finance Manager must have an outgoing personality and positive attitude, along with the expertise of building strong relationships with customers. The Finance Manager is required to review each customer's credit application, present financing options, and prepare the delivery documentation. Finance & Insurance Manager Responsibilities Review credit applications to determine credit worthiness. Conduct interviews with clients to determine needs. Prepare and finalize all documents required. Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Protects gross profit by arranging financing so outside sources do not have an impact on selling margins. Establishes lender relations that tie the customer closer to the dealership. Generates additional income through the sales of credit insurance, vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and maintenance plans. Maintains control of all paperwork until it is ready to be turned into the general office. Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment. Strong written and communication skills. Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Pay Structure:
100% commission-based compensation with a recoverable draw against future commissions. Compensation varies based on individual performance and dealership sales volume.
Anticipated earnings range:
$52,000-$100,000+ annually. Additional earnings/perks may include demo allowance and incentive opportunities.
