Davenport, IA (Onsite initially, then hybrid flexibility) Overview We're partnering with a P&C Insurance company seeking a Treasury Supervisor/Manager to lead critical cash operations and resolve reconciliation challenges within their billing environment. This role will oversee a team of 5-10 and play a key part in addressing discrepancies related to policyholder refunds and suspense accounts. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage suspense accounts , ensuring timely research, reconciliation, and resolution of variances Investigate and resolve erroneous policyholder refunds , partnering closely with billing and operations teams Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 , driving accountability and process improvement Utilize Duck Creek (billing platform) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze data, track trends, and support decision-making Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and reduce reconciliation issues Qualifications 5+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or reconciliation-focused accounting roles Prior leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment Strong experience with suspense accounts and reconciliation processes Duck Creek experience highly preferred (billing systems background required) Advanced Excel proficiency (data analysis, reporting, trend identification) Insurance industry experience , ideally P&C, is a strong plus Strong communication style- collaborative, approachable, and team-oriented (not overly direct) Additional Details Contract duration: 6-12 months with potential for permanent hire Work arrangement: Onsite in Davenport, IA for initial onboarding period, transitioning to hybrid Minimal focus on AP; role is heavily centered on reconciliation and issue resolution
