Full-Time | Accounting Manager | In-Office Position |
Northwest Suburbs Compensation:
$110,000-$120,000/year We're looking for an experienced, organized, and operationally minded Accounting Manager who can thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, communication matters, and attention to detail is critical. What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing daily accounting operations and financial workflows
- Overseeing reconciliations, reporting, and general ledger activity
- Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes
- Supporting payroll-related accounting functions and reporting
- Reviewing financial records for accuracy, discrepancies, and compliance
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial tracking
- Supporting audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requests
- Collaborating with leadership regarding operational and financial needs
- Assisting with process improvement and workflow efficiency initiatives
- Managing deadlines in a fast-moving and evolving environment
- Supporting administrative and accounting-related projects as assigned
- Additional duties as assigned by
Executives Experience Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Previous accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or operational accounting experience required
- Management or leadership experience preferred
- Experience with payroll processing, reconciliations, reporting, and financial systems strongly preferred
- Experience within service-based, operational, logistics, or multi-site industries is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel and accounting systems experience preferred Why Join Us?
