Job Description
At Cornerstone OnDemand, we are searching for a highly qualified Revenue Marketing Programs Lead to work closely with our Revenue marketing leaders team. From Day 1, this person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to departments. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration. This post has particular responsibility to report to the Revenue Marketing Leader and support with the management and co-ordination of the Marketing Team and all its activity.
In this role you will......Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department headsAssist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementationTranslate high-level goals into actionable initiatives and track progressReview, design, and execute operational improvements; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address themImprove current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivityTrack progress, measure outcomes, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Prepare briefing documents for the Global Demand Gen Leader ensuring they are well-informed for key meetingsCoordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-upEnsure MLT is aware of the status of all marketing campaigns and initiatives in Revenue marketing through regular briefing.
Arrange and prepare for meetings which includes making sure the relevant individuals can attend, collating and circulating documents prior to the meeting, and subsequently diarizing follow-ups and action pointsLiaise with members of the wider team on various projects and initiativesChampioning Revenue Marketing-wide well-beingMonitor results, KPIs and outcomesYou've got what it takes......Required skills and qualificationsSeven or more years of experience in a business management or executive roleExperience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departmentsExperience in planning and leading strategic initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsVersatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivityAre highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyVery strong administrative and IT skills; Outlook, Word, ExcelMust be fluent in EnglishShould possess strong business acumenStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
At all times maintaining a professional, calm and composed manner in a fast-paced and high-pressured working environment, whilst exhibiting diplomacy and discretion Preferred skills and qualificationsStrong project management experience, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 being advantageous.
Experience in data analysis and budget managementConsulting experience, with a focus on operations managementProven success in a project coordination roleNimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutionsStrong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communicationsFamiliarity with the Cornerstone OnDemand application and its products or comparable HCM product will be considered a valuable advantage.

Monitor project outcomes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Operational EfficiencyDrive operational efficiency across international marketing functions, ensuring consistency in processes, tools, reporting, and documentation.
Improve and streamline internal processes for better productivity.
Act as a point of escalation to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Design and implement tools or frameworks to enhance communication and efficiency.
Communication and Stakeholder ManagementServe as a liaison between the international marketing leadership team and internal or external stakeholders.
Develop and deliver internal and external communications, including reports, presentations, and memos.
Prepare briefing documents for Global Demand Generation Leader, ensuring they are well-informed for key meetings.
Leadership and Team SupportLead key internal initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture, and organizational growth.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering objective counsel to the entire marketing organization.
Executive Support and Agenda ManagementManage Global Demand Generation Leader schedule, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-ups.
