Job Description

Automotive Finance Manager We are a high-volume new and used vehicle dealership seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven professional who wants to establish themselves at a dealership that values performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term career growth. We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to build a lasting career with a successful organization.
Responsibilities:
Present finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and compliant manner Secure financing through lender relationships and maximize approval opportunities Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to structure deals Achieve and exceed finance, product, and profitability objectives
Qualifications:
Previous automotive F&I experience preferred Strong knowledge of lending, compliance, and dealership operations Experience with CDK and Darwin Menu Systems is a plus Excellent communication and closing skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction Professional appearance and strong organizational skills
