A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate for its Investment Funds group in Chicago. The practice advises sponsors, institutional investors, REITs, and real estate-focused investment platforms on a wide range of sophisticated transactional and investment management matters.
Representative work includes:
Private investment fund formation and structuring Real estate investment and joint venture transactions Structured securities offerings and capital markets matters REIT-related transactions and governance matters Complex financings, acquisitions, and dispositions involving institutional assets The firm offers top-of-market compensation, exposure to high-value and complex transactions, lean deal teams, substantial client contact, and a collaborative platform with strong opportunities for professional growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
