Regional Backup Finance Manager

Kunes Auto Group is seeking a high-performing Backup Finance Manager to support dealership finance operations across the region - includes dealerships in Sterling IL, Lake Bluff IL and Sycamore IL. This opportunity is designed for an experienced automotive finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivers exceptional product performance, and is motivated by significant earning potential. Top performers in this role have the opportunity to earn $120,000-$150,000+ annually. Position Responsibilities Present and sell finance and protection products including service contracts, GAP coverage, and ancillary protection products Utilize a professional menu-selling process to maximize customer value and product penetration Achieve and exceed performance goals related to PVR and product sales Ensure all deals are processed accurately, compliantly, and funded in a timely manner Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners and dealership sales teams Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to all compliance standards and dealership policies Provide regional support as needed across multiple dealership locations

Requirements:

Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of Automotive Finance Manager experience Proven track record achieving results.
