Job Description:
Robert Half is supporting a client based in the city of Chicago on an open Revenue Cycle Manager on a contract-to-hire basis.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with outsourced revenue cycle partner Monitor performance, ensure accountability, and keep both internal teams and external partners on track Provide real-time analysis of trends, write-offs, and adjustments vs. waiting for month-end reporting Support forecasting and trial balance review with up-to-date financial insights Serve as internal subject matter expert on billing processes (not executing day-to-day billing, but overseeing function) Lead insurance plan setup and validation within the system (E-ClinicalWorks) Ensure compliance with FQHC requirements, including periodic fee schedule analysis (every 3 years) Assist with system transition from Athena (Anthina) to E-ClinicalWorks (eCW)
Targeting:
Hands-on revenue cycle management experience within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Proven understanding of FQHC billing, reimbursement, and compliance requirements Experience working alongside or managing third-party revenue cycle vendors Ability to provide oversight and leadership Comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level Benefits available to contract professionals include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
