Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for securing financing for customers, presenting insurance and protection products, and ensuring a smooth and compliant vehicle purchase process. Key Responsibilities Work directly with customers to arrange financing and leasing options Submit credit applications and collaborate with banks and lenders Present and sell finance and insurance products (extended warranties, GAP, service contracts, etc.) Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction Ensure all contracts and paperwork comply with federal, state, and lender regulations Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner Partner with the sales team to finalize deals efficiently Qualifications Previous experience as an Automotive F&I Manager or Finance Manager preferred Strong understanding of automotive financing, lending practices, and compliance Proven track record in sales and customer service Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Preferred Skills Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS) Familiarity with compliance regulations (FTC, Truth in Lending, etc.) Experience with subprime and prime lending Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus structure Join our team and help deliver an exceptional car-buying experience while driving dealership success!
