Job Description

Growing automotive company in Carmel, IN is looking for a Finance Manager to join our team. We're looking for someone organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Automotive finance experience is preferred, but strong personality, communication skills, and willingness to grow matter just as much. This is not a giant corporate dealership with layers of bureaucracy. We are a growing independent company where the right person can truly make an impact and grow with us long-term.
Responsibilities may include:
Working with customers and lenders Structuring deals and financing Product presentation and paperwork Ensuring deals are completed accurately and efficiently Supporting the sales team throughout the process What we value: Professional attitude Strong communication Attention to detail Accountability Positive energy and team mindset Compensation depends on experience and performance.
