Job Description

Linton's Enchanted Gardens , located in Elkhart, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Manager . In this role, you will manage key accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Inventory Management (IM), and Payroll Processing.
Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP): Manage the full accounts payable process, including processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payments. Accounts Receivable (AR): Oversee the accounts receivable function, including invoicing and payment collections.
Inventory Management:
Maintain and track inventory levels, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely supply orders. Purchase Orders (PO): Create and manage purchase orders to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
Payroll:
Administer bi-weekly payroll processing, including overseeing employee schedules and ensuring accurate payroll calculations.
Reconciliation & Reporting:
Reconcile financial records for AP, AR, and inventory accounts, and provide regular reports on financial and operational performance.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of financial and operational goals.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in AP, AR, inventory management, and payroll processing. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software. Advanced Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
