JOB DUTIES
Primary Responsibilities Process all retail sales received by the accounting department within twenty-four (24) hours of their completion. Attempt to sell all products provided by the dealership to our customers. Work closely with our sales staff to solicit their cooperation in proper customer turnover and deal processing. Dealership requires 100% of turnover to the Finance Department. Monitor Contracts in Transit and rectify any hold up in funding fall all Finance and Insurance (F&I) Managers. Provide oversight and training for the Finance and Insurance (F&I) Managers during weekly one-on-one's (1:1's) to increase store profitability. Perform real time coaching by spot checking each Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager's process with customers once per week. Inspect deals and provide feedback to each Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager along with process improvement plans if needed. Ensure compliance in the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to prevent potential issues. This involves inspecting deals for accuracy and adhering to best practices. Monitor and increase CAC usage to create and close CAC "pools." Monitor and increase leasing penetration from each Sales Manager along with each Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager. Provide coverage for other Finance and Insurance (F&I) Managers when needed. Meet or exceed our budgeted per car Finance and Insurance (F&I) average income levels before chargebacks. Continue to develop our dealership relationship with the various lending institutions with which we do business. Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc. prior to submitting it to our Accounting Department. Provide weekly Finance and Insurance (F&I) reports to the Management Team and the President. Meet with the Management Team weekly to review Finance and Insurance (F&I) progress. Monitor daily, through our Finance and Insurance (F&I) evaluation forms and processes, how each Sales Consultant is performing in this area. Review salesperson's performance individually with all sales consultants after each sale to identify strengths and weaknesses and keep the sales team focused on selling and Finance and Insurance (F&I) turnover. Actively promote both new and used car leasing, making it a viable option for every transaction. Additional Responsibilities Acquire or maintain licenses for selling insurance. Check the daily sales logbook to stay informed on current vehicle sales. Monitor customers who have not been turned over to Finance and Insurance (F&I) and request information from the Sales Consultant to properly handle that customer by phone or in person, if possible. Live Finance and Insurance (F&I) turnover is desirable for the most efficient Finance and Insurance (F&I) results. Monitor and advise the Management Team of phone turnovers versus in-house turnovers, when submitting your daily Finance and Insurance (F&I) report. Follow up on collection of Buy Here, Pay Here contracts, when the payments paid timely. Management & People Development Effectively build, manage, and develop talent to support a performance culture within the department. Actively manage employees, utilizing 1-on-1 meetings and Subject & Action (S&A) accountability standards. Conduct timely performance appraisals for employees. Ensure timely submission and monitoring of annual business plan goals for yourself and your direct reports. Ensure team members achieve minimum annual training requirements, as appropriate. General Ensure prompt and regular attendance. Perform other appropriate duties assigned by Management. Travel as business needs may require. Quality & Continuous Improvement Personally commit to quality in all aspects of work. Provide "World Class Customer Service" for internal and external customers. Participate in and promote the established Quality Improvement Process (QIP) for continuous improvement. Participate on teams to research, measure, and correct problems and to strive for process improvement. Communicate and exemplify the Company's Mission Statement, Vision Statement, Values, and Philosophy. Attend at least ten (10) credit hours of training each calendar year to continue development of work-related skills.BENEFITS

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma/equivalent minimally required. Some college experience required. An associate's degree in business is highly preferred. Must possess or acquire and maintain a license to sell insurance in the state of Indiana.Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years prior new car dealership F&I sales experience required.Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies:
Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong attention to detail. High-level of energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal, written, and active listening skills. Possess a working knowledge of basic office equipment, such as printers, copiers, faxes, and scanners. Must possess and continuously maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Must have a thorough knowledge of customer service excellence and be able to deal effectively with customers in all situations. Must possess expert knowledge of the new car dealership sales industry.
