Job DescriptionJob Description Finance Manager Position Overview Peoplelink Staffing is partnering with a leading company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality cleaning and maintenance solutions to identify an experienced Finance Manager for a day shift opportunity. The Finance Manager serves as a key financial business partner with the acumen to perform financial analysis, communicate insights, and support or lead problem-solving initiatives to drive business results. This role requires strong accounting and financial planning and analysis expertise to help set strategic direction, support financial operations, and inform business decisions. The position is also responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting financial close, risk management, and compliance initiatives. Schedule Day Shift (40 hours per week, on-site) Compensation Salary is based on experience Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership to support day-to-day financial operations, KPI reporting, and business needs Lead and manage financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes Own and optimize Power BI reporting , dashboards, and analytics across business functions Analyze performance metrics including gross margin, pricing, cost structures, and profitability Support strategic planning, annual budgeting, and financial forecasting Prepare and present financial reports and insights to leadership, translating complex data into actionable recommendations Generate ad hoc analysis to support business decisions, including revenue and customer performance trends Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure strong financial controls and compliance Partner with operations on inventory valuation, cost analysis, and variance reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting required (Master's preferred); CPA/CMA a plus 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience Strong background in financial analysis and FP&A (required) Proven expertise with Microsoft Power BI (required) Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and dashboard creation Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica preferred) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience presenting financial data to leadership and influencing decision-making Why Apply?
