Job DescriptionJob Description Accounting Manager (+bonus) Large, multi-office professional services firm is adding an Accounting Manager due to growth. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Controller with a clear path toward future corporate leadership. What You'll Do Lead core accounting operations (GL, AP, payroll, cash) Manage a team across: Senior Accountant + Staff Accountants AP leadership + support Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Ensure GAAP-compliant financials and strong internal controls Partner with Controller and leadership on reporting, process improvement, and strategy Support ERP transition Work cross-functionally with billing/collections and operations What They're Looking For 6-10+ years of accounting experience Prior leadership or team oversight Strong technical accounting / GAAP knowledge Experience in professional services or multi-entity environment is a plus CPA preferred Why This Role Clear succession path > Controller / CFO track Direct exposure to executive leadership Stable, people-first culture with strong retention Growth-driven opening (not backfill) Competitive comp + bonus (5-7%) Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) Hybrid flexibility (3-4 days onsite) Onsite amenities
