Accounting Manager Salary:

Accounting Manager:
- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
- Lead month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Manage construction project accounting, job costing, WIP, and cost-to-complete
- Partner with project managers on financial performance and forecasts
- Maintain inventory controls, fixed assets, and lease accounting
- Support audits, tax compliance, and annual budgeting processes Qualifications for the
Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience; construction accounting strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of job costing, WIP, and project-based accounting
